The end of September took us to Gastvrij Rotterdam, the hospitality exhibition for ambitious hospitality professionals, and during previous editions proved itself a first-rate gastronomic platform for the hospitality industry.
For three days, Rotterdam Ahoy is dominated by culinary delights, innovative products and solutions for food and non-food alike in the hospitality industry.
During the exhibition, our fresh produce specialist supplier Rungis invited us to a live Gault&Millau Jam session. Hosted by one of Holland's Top Chefs François Geurds Group, owner of Michelin star restaurants FG and FG Food Labs in Rotterdam, both of which are clients of Entegra.
Edwin, our Account Manager, attended the session and commented “I thought it was very special today that the Client, Supplier & Entegra triangle came together. I really enjoyed this moment and especially the fantastic culinary delights of François and his Team.”
