Damien Calderini
Chief Executive Officer, Global and North AmericaChief Executive Officer, Global and North AmericaDamien Calderini is President and Global CEO of Entegra, appointed in October 2020.
Before joining Entegra in 2019 to lead the North American operations team, Damien spent 15 years with Oliver Wyman, a leading global management consulting firm in both Europe and the United States. As a Senior Partner and Head of the New York Office, Damien specialized in strategy and operational effectiveness. He supported global clients on large transformation projects, designing and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
Prior to Oliver Wyman, Damien began his career as an entrepreneur, where he developed his interest in strategy, operational excellence and digital enablement. Today, he is an Executive Sponsor of Sodexo’s Pride Resource Group and a Trustee on the Board of the American Ballet Theatre.
Damien received a Master of Business Administration from ESSEC Business School in France. He is married with two children and lives with his family in Brooklyn, New York.

Tim Banick
President, CanadaPresident, CanadaTim leads all aspects of the Entegra Canada team, including the sales process, procurement contracting, data and analytics, and the finance process for Canada. He began his career in the oil and gas industry, followed by time in the convenience store segment and a long-term stay in the soft drink industry with the Pepsi Bottling Group. Tim joined Entegra in 2010 to support clients in Canada including Great Canadian Gaming, Gateway Casinos, the National Golf Course Association and Best Western.
Tim earned his MBA from the University of Saskatchewan. A transplanted Western Canadian, he currently lives with his wife on a small farm in Ontario along the north shore of Lake Erie where he enjoys many outdoor activities.

Mike Bomstad
Chief Sales OfficerChief Sales OfficerMike is responsible for the sales organization and distributor-led business to drive sustained sales growth.
He joined Entegra from the healthcare industry, where he developed strategic sales and account management programs for companies including Samsung Healthcare, Reckitt Benckiser and NUK USA as well as the GPO division of Children’s Hospital Association. Mike has also worked with numerous startups in the healthcare industry including pharmaceutical, diagnostics and software companies.
Mike holds an MBA from the University of Kansas. He lives in Overland Park, Kansas with his family and enjoys spending time following his two teenage daughters’ dance and cheer performances.

David Kourie
Senior Vice President of Supply ManagementSenior Vice President of Supply ManagementDavid leads a large team of supply managers in procurement for both Entegra and Sodexo in North America, overseeing manufacturer contracting for food, supplies, packaging, services, energy and equipment.
Prior to joining Entegra in 2020, David worked with Wendy’s Quality Supply Chain Cooperative, where he served as the Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer for 10 years. David also worked for US Food Service and Compass Group developing international supply chains. -
Richard Mingorance
SVP Global MarketingSVP Global MarketingAs Entegra’s head of marketing, Richard oversees the company’s branding, segment marketing, sales enablement, digital marketing, strategy and communications.
With over 25 years of marketing experience, Richard began his career in Latin America and later worked extensively in North America and Asia. He launched The Hershey Company in Brazil and worked in a myriad of B2C and B2B categories. Throughout the years, he held increasingly senior marketing roles for The Hershey Company (chocolate), Philips (lighting), Newell Brands (tools, hardware and writing instruments), WillScot (mobile storage), and Koch Industries (flooring), working on renowned brands such as Paper Mate, Sharpie, Expo, Parker, Waterman, Reese’s, Kisses, Stainmaster and others. Richard has been with Entegra since 2018.
A native of Brazil, Richard holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He has a passion for international travel, fitness, movies and reading. Richard speaks three languages fluently – English, Portuguese and Spanish. Richard lives with his family near Atlanta, Georgia. -
Fernando Nishio
Chief Financial OfficerChief Financial OfficerFernando is responsible for supporting Entegra’s worldwide development and ensuring profitable growth. He brings 20 years of international-level progressive financial management experience to Entegra.
He began his career with Arthur Anderson and began working with Sodexo, Entegra’s parent company, in 2002. He supported Sodexo in Brazil, Chile and France, and was most recently CFO of Sodexo Brazil before moving to his current role at Entegra.
Fernando holds an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Brazil as well as two bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business administration. He is multilingual, with fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Fernando lives near Entegra’s North American headquarters in Maryland.

Jeff Porterfield
Chief Customer Officer, North AmericaChief Customer Officer, North AmericaJeff leads Entegra’s operations support team, providing client services, financial reporting and analytics.
With over 24 years of experience in the foodservice industry, he began his career with HMS Host before working with Sodexo in progressively more responsible roles in finance and project management. Prior to his current role, Jeff served as the CFO for Entegra for 13 years and was responsible for all financial aspects of the business. Jeff was a founding executive of Entegra in 1999, building the brand since its inception.
Jeff holds an MBA in finance from Mount St. Mary’s University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He lives with his family in Frederick, Maryland, where he enjoys cycling and reading.

Tracey Ranallo
Vice President of Business Performance and Supplier EngagementVice President of Business Performance and Supplier EngagementTracey is responsible for strategy implementation, process engineering, consultative support and project management across Entegra. She also leads governance and engagement with distributors and supplier partners.
She began her career in healthcare with Marriott, later becoming an area support marketer in the Mid-Atlantic region. Tracey was a founding executive of Entegra in 2000, building the brand since its inception and leading all communication and supply-driven marketing activation efforts for both Entegra and Sodexo supply management. Prior to her current role, Tracey served as Vice President of Sodexo’s service operations for North America from 2015 to 2018. She has been with Sodexo and Entegra for most of her career.
Tracey holds a Master of Science degree in health and business management from Virginia’s Marymount University. She is an avid reader and athlete and enjoys cooking, practicing yoga and spending time at Bethany Beach in Delaware. Tracey lives with her family in Frederick, Maryland.

Adrian Cox

Vice President of Data Management and Digital Solutions, North AmericaAdrian leads Entegra’s data management and digital solutions team to develop and execute technology applications, analytics and data governance.
With over 21 years of experience in the foodservice industry, he began his career with Sodexo in finance for Supply Management, leading rebate billing, request for proposal analysis and budgeting processes. Adrian joined Entegra in 2010 and led the Value Analysis Team, supporting market baskets, opportunity reporting and focusing on client contract utilization improvements. In most recent years, he’s specialized in eProcurement, rebate management, audit and data management.
Adrian holds a Master of Business Administration from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He enjoys playing soccer, reading and traveling. Adrian lives with his family in Clarksburg, MD.

Kim Mullahey

Vice President of Human Resources, North AmericaKim Mullahey is Vice President of Human Resources for Entegra, as well as Sodexo’s Government Services Segment, in North America. She leads the operations teams with a focus on workplace planning, talent development and employee engagement. Before joining Entegra in her dual HR role in September 2021, Kim has served as a business partner with Sodexo since 1995.
With more than 25 years in the hospitality industry, Kim’s portfolio includes experience in healthcare, senior services and home care. She began her career as a developmental disabilities job coach for Marriott Hotels and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Stockton University.
Kim is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is committed to Sodexo’s Diversity Inclusion and Equity (DE&I), serving as the HR advisor for Sodexo’s Intergenerational Network Group (i-GEN). She’s also a member of Sodexo’s Better Tomorrow Leadership Committee supporting corporate social responsibility.
