Our Asian-Inspired Tuna Salad is the perfect addition to your summer menu. Bursting with fresh flavours it can serve as a refreshing main, or standout side.
INGREDIENTS
- 300g broccoli florets
- 500g green beans, cut into small pieces
- 500g carrots, julienned
- 300g bean sprouts
- 300g pearl onions, julienned
- 600g tuna fillet
- 500ml Hellmann's Classic Dressing
- 50g green Thai curry paste
- 25g red chilli paste
- 25ml soy sauce
- 25ml lime juice
Preparation
- Vegetables
- Blanch the broccoli florets and the cut green beans. Let them cool.
- Mix the blanched vegetables with the julienned carrots, sliced pearl onions, and bean sprouts.
- Tuna
- Briefly sear the tuna fillet, season with salt and pepper. Then let it cool quickly.
- Dressing
- Mix Hellmann’s Classic Dressing with green Thai curry paste, red chilli paste, soy sauce, and lime juice.
- Assembly
- Toss the salad with the dressing. Arrange everything in a salad bowl.
- Garnish the salad with slices of cooked tuna.
- For an even more refreshing version, add fresh cilantro or mint leaves.
