Experts at Entegra

With hands-on knowledge of farming and deep experience in food processing, product development, food safety, and more, Henry has a vision to drive continuous improvement for Entegra and our clients across the entire supply chain. He comes to our organization with a Ph.D. in Meat Science and Animal Production and a history as a champion of philanthropy and animal welfare. Henry previously served as a consultant to Wendy’s Quality Assurance Program, and as Chair of The Ohio State University’s Department of Animal Sciences.

Having turned around several underperforming golf properties as a general manager, regional manager, and consultant, Steve brings true industry experience to his Entegra customer relationships. That includes work at Meadowbrook Golf Group, American Golf, Green Jacket Marketing, and more. Steve holds a B.S. in Marketing and Management from Fordham University, and an M. Ed. In Sports Management from East Tennessee State University.

Tony leverages three decades of operations knowledge and a passion for data to help clients save money and exceed customer expectations, leveraging the vast and diverse experience of his Entegra colleagues to raise the bar. He has worked in food service since the age of 13, including roles as an NPN Expo supporter for 12 years and in leadership at the Ocean Pines Yacht and Country Club. With a BS in Operations Management and a strong “big picture” viewpoint, Tony delivers results.

For more than three years, Lorel helped organize dozens of manufacturers for the annual faith-based GACHP Conference — all while assisting with event activities and the creation of a CORD brochure. It’s just one example of her 33 years of experience in the field, which also includes work at Sodexo, University of Michigan, Saga Food Service, and Marriott. Lorel brings insights in menu analysis and defining cost savings to the table, and holds a BS in Foods and Nutrition with an emphasis in Business.

Cindy is passionate about helping clients provide their senior residents with the best experiences through food, nutrition, services, training, and quality of care. With over 30 years’ experience with Sodexo/Entegra, she is an expert in food and nutrition operations, previously serving as Director of National Nutrition Program, and having developed a Health & Wellness program for senior residents and employees. Cindy is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition Education and Intrinsic Coach for Health & Wellness.

Laura is our single point of contact for our supplier partners, helping them bring brands to life through Entegra. She excels at developing innovative solutions, like a cross-branded BBQ promotion that helped three suppliers — and our clients — win at once. Laura brings 34 years of foodservice experience to Entegra, with prior work at EcoLab, Campbell’s Soup Company, Carla’s Pasta, and Kerry Foods. She holds an MBA in Marketing and an AOS in Culinary Arts  from Johnson & Wales University, and a BS in Science Education from Boston University.

With an MBA in Finance, Adrian has gotten results at Entegra and Sodexo for 20 years. An example: Adrian worked directly with a client for 18 months to double their CUR by leveraging internal systems, data analysis, and the use contracted/stocked products for additional savings. Having helped launched Entegra’s VAST, PIM, ProCoM, and Purchasing IQ Products, Adrian also pushes technology for customers.
