  • How do I find contracted items? 
    You can find contracted items when you log into Entegra PurchasingIQ. Vizient-Entegra members also receive newsletters with limited-time offers, new programs, inflation fighting tips and so much more. Additionally, our dedicated team is available to assist you with login access or any questions regarding contracted products and services.
  • Do I have to change distributors to participate in the Vizient-Entegra program? 
    No, Entegra works with all major prime distributors including Sysco, US Foods, Gordons Food Service, Performance Food Group, Shamrock, Ben E. Keith and many more. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding any distributors you are or are interested in working with.
  • Do I earn incentives on the program? 
    Yes, Vizient-Entegra members earn incentives on the purchase of Entegra contracted items. Incentives are paid to members quarterly.
  • Can I receive rebates in the form of an invoice credit on the Vizient Entegra program? 
    No, your incentives are paid by check or ACH direct deposit. They cannot be issued in the form of an invoice credit with your distributor.
  • How will I be paid? 
    Incentives for your Entegra contracted purchases are issued quarterly. Incentives are paid by the method you selected when submitting your member information. They are issued either electronically via ACH or by mailed check. If you would like to change how you are receiving incentives, please contact our team.
  • When can I expect my incentive payment? 
    Please visit our Vizient-Entegra member page to view the member payment calendar. The calendar is located at the bottom of the page under Helpful Resources.
  • What is an E#?
    An E# is your member identification number for Entegra. It is different than your distributor customer number or invoice number. You will use your E# to register on EntegraPS.com for the first time, or anytime you log in after that. If you need help finding your E#, please contact us.
  • Do my purchases on the Entegra program count toward my Vizient-Entegra Member compliance requirements? 
    No, Entegra program purchases DO NOT contribute to your compliance requirements on the Vizient food agreement. Please contact us or your Vizient Client Executive for more information.
  • If I am a Vizient-Entegra member but not using the Vizient food program, can I use the Vizient-Entegra agreement for my food procurement? 
    Yes, you can fully participate as a Vizient-Entegra member with this agreement and Entegra as your food program procurement partner.
  • As a member, I would like someone from Entegra to come to my location and further assist with my purchasing and program understanding. Who can I contact for that type of help? 
    Entegra has a national team of Regional Account Managers (RAMs), that can come to your location and further assist with your Vizient-Entegra program. Simply contact us with your request and we will connect you with your Entegra RAM.
  • How much does it cost to use the Vizient Entegra program? 
    There are no membership fees to participate in our program. Simply submit the member information forms, including your current W9. It is as simple as that!
  • I can’t find everything I need through my prime distributor. Are there other local or regionally contracted items or services that I can access? 
    Yes! Being a Vizient-Entegra member gives you access to a full portfolio of local and direct suppliers. Entegra is committed to helping your team use smaller local vendors and increase sustainability.
  • How do I know what I purchased and supplier detail for my earned incentives?
    Member statements are sent out via email every quarter. A Summary Statement is sent 2 days prior to the quarterly payment. A detailed Statement is sent approximately a week after payments are sent. If the email contact receiving the Statement needs to be updated, please contact our team.
